To keep things simple, we charge the same low shipping fee no matter where you live. Shipping cost is calculated upon check out. It is based on the subtotal amount of the order.
We ship from Hong Kong. The default courier is Hong Kong Post. We use their airmail with tracking. It takes around 7- 14 days to ship to the USA, and Countries in Europe and Oceania. It will take 4-10 days for countries in Asia. On top of the shipping time, please add 2-3 days for us to process and pack your order.
We ship internationally. But due to Covid and wars some countries are restricted by Hong Kong Post. Please check out the available in their notice section
Once your payment is processed, we can not refund the money to you.
We use a professional fulfillment center in Hong Kong. The order will be packed with care.
if your pin has a significant defect right out of the parcel (e.g., major scratches or missing clutches.) we’ll be happy to send you a new one or give you full refund. But this does not apply to damage on the back card.
If the order that is sent out returns to us because the address the customer provides is wrong, or customer was not there at the time of delivery, We have the right to charge extra shipping cost for the second shipment.
